Overview
The V4 Motor Kit Oil Filled (SS 304) provides the main stainless steel housing parts for a 4-inch oil-filled submersible motor. The kit includes a cylindrical motor end housing with a bolt-hole flange and machined grooves, and a heavier end bracket with a bearing seat, bolt holes and a threaded port. In an oil-filled motor the internal cavity is filled with oil, so the housings must be machined accurately for good sealing.
Made in SS 304 stainless steel, the parts are suited to the corrosive conditions found in many borewells.
The oil-filled kit is one of several motor kits we make. If you build water-filled or solar motors as well, we can supply those kits from the same workshop, which keeps your sourcing simple and your housings consistent across models.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between oil-filled and water-filled motor kits?
The two motor types use different internal fill and sealing arrangements, so the housings differ. Choose the kit that matches your motor design; we make both types.
Can you match my existing motor design?
Yes. Share a drawing or sample and we will advise on OEM manufacture.
