Overview
This flanged bushing is a stepped, keyed component turned from steel on CNC machines at our Rajkot works. It has a wide flange, a raised collar and a central bore with a keyway, so it locks onto a keyed shaft and turns with it. The flange gives a broad seating face that spreads load and keeps the mating part square to the shaft.
In submersible pump and motor assemblies, parts like this are used to hold components in position on the shaft, to act as a spacer, or to provide a clean bearing face for a neighbouring part.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the keyway size be changed?
Yes. Bore diameter, keyway width and flange size can all be made to your drawing for OEM orders.
Is this the same as a plain bush?
No. A plain bush is a straight sleeve; this flanged bushing has a stepped flange and a keyway so it both locates and locks on the shaft.
